I like how this person thinks it’s the President’s responsibility to dictate proactive living to the poor.

Why don’t we just fund our public schools adequately? Why don’t we recognize systems of privilege and oppression that lead people to be ignorant about lifestyle choices? This person doesn’t support reforms to make it easier for poorer people to get health care (likely because it might lead to a “nanny state” full of irresponsible people), but still looks to that same Federal government that created the reforms to alter lifestyle choices. Am I the only one who doesn’t understand this logic?

poor people aren’t allowed to have any nice things, didn’t you know that? they’re not allowed to get gifts, either. 

this is so obnoxious. of course we have a crisis of culture. because we live in a culture that thinks that healthcare is a privilege for the rich.
